What is “Satori Sedai”?
New generation ”Satori Sedai” （enlightened generation) which had replaced “Yutori Sedai”(generation born in the mid 80′s who received Yutori education) is now on the hot topic.
Recent youngsters do not ride cars, do not want brand-name products, do not drink alcohols, do not travel abroad, do not need upward mobility and not aggressive in love. They try to avoid wasteful consumption as much as possible, prefer to have calm, peaceful and normal happy life…. They don’t have greed as if they became priest who saw “Satori” (enlightenment).
I feel there are more “Satori Sedai” people around our editorial staffs.
The way “Satori Sedai” think:
Satori sedai think, having memories are more important than having material。
Satori sedai think, cost performance is more important above all.
Satori sedai supports “deflation products” (deflation products mean, cheap but good products.)
Satori sedai’s most significant concept is, everything is “troublesome”.
Satori sedai do not want people to think they are “ouch guy” (ouch guy means: people who can’t read the atmosphere and say something not appropriate on the scene.)
